I have been at North Dakota Teen Challenge for 2.5 years. As the Admissions Coordinator, I get to do a variety of things and I love that! I think my favorite part of this job is the opportunity I have to encourage people who feel helpless and hopeless. I love meeting with people in a jail cell or in my office and telling them that I sincerely believe that there is hope and that lives CAN be changed by the love and power of Christ.

I first came to Teen Challenge in February of 2010; I was actually looking for a job to supplement my income as a Pastor. The first day I started, I saw men just like me when I was in my 20’s. Struggling to get off drugs and alcohol and carrying a lot pain from their past with them. I decided them that the Lord wanted me at Teen Challenge. So I have been here for 3 ½ years. Every day the Lord reminds me that this place is a calling not just a place to work. I am also the Pastor of the Bridge Church in Bismarck, North Dakota.
